Welcome Running Creek Elementary Parents and Students to my Physical Education class.  My name is Joe Ptaszynski but I will have the students call me Mr. Taz.  It's now year two for me hear at Running Creek and I hope it goes as great as year one did.  I loved my first year at RCE and that is mostly because of my amazing students and the excitement they had for Physical Education.  My passion is Physical Education and physical activity because without our health what do we have?  This year is going to be a great year and I hope to do more new and exciting activities with my students to further grow their passion for being physically active.  My wife and I love to hike and have been to many places already but we have a ton more to explore.  I am a huge Chicago sports fan but now that I'm living in Colorado the sports team here are my second teams and I will root for them except when their playing my teams.  I am still coaching 7th grade football and I am also coaching 7B boys basketball and will look to coach more if the opportunity arrises.  I hope the students had has much fun as I did last year and I hope thier ready to have fun this year!!!
