Heather Booth has lived in Elizabeth with her family since 2003. She is a stay-at-home mom of four children. Her two oldest daughters graduated from Elizabeth High School, and her younger two children attend EHS and Running Creek Elementary.

Heather has been a volunteer in the school district since moving to Elizabeth. She was the vice president of the PTCO at Running Creek Elementary for many years and still serves on the board. She has volunteered for many charities over the years, including March of Dimes, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Dolls for Daughters, and others.
