Elizabeth High School fields nearly 20 athletic teams throughout the school year, and at the center of them all is Athletic Director and Assistant Principal John Everhart. The name of this podcast series was adapted from Everhart’s “Demand Excellence” initiative which was intended to ensure every team was competitive and dedicated to bringing out the best in each student athlete.

A former basketball star and coach himself, Everhart is a positive and powerful motivator. Listeners are in for a treat as you can hear him fire up as he starts talking about the value of athletics and how they help students grow into well-rounded, capable people.
