Yes, it's never too early to start planning and saving for college!!! Singing Hills Elementary also has CollegeInvest representatives visit our school at least once per year.

Elbert County Department of Social Services
How they can help - The Department provides Child and Adult protection, childcare assistance, food assistance and cash assistance payments for low income, elderly and disabled residents who qualify. Currently, Elbert County Social Services has two office locations – Main office in Kiowa and a satellite office in Simla. Call 303-621-2341.

Women's Crisis & Family Outreach Center
