New Students

    For parents of NEW students who have never been enrolled in any Elizabeth School District public school and for returning preschool students entering kindergarten, please click on the link below to enroll your student.

    Once you have completed the online registration process, the following forms linked below must be filled in by hand. You may click on the link(s) below to print the forms, or you may visit the school office to get the forms. Please note, school offices are closed from mid-June through July 31.

    Please download, print, and fill out the following packets that apply to your child (you will have to fill out one packet per child):

    Please log into your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account to update your child's information for the following school year and fill out supplemental forms. If you have multiple children enrolled in our district you will see information for all of them at once.
