Salutations!

My name is Ms. Higgins and 2024-25 is my second year here teaching K-5 Art. I am most recently from the Western Slope where I taught art to grades 6-12 for seven years. Prior to that, I taught grades prek-12 for six years in southern Missouri. I enjoy going to concerts and doing random crafts like sewing, drawing, painting, and making hand creams and chapsticks.

I would like to send a huge THANK YOU to all the parents who helped to donate towards art supplies this year. It is such a treat to see the excitement on student faces when they learn new skills and get to use new supplies for the first time, and I would not be able to inspire or foster their creativity without your support and willingness to contribute toward their educational needs. We are very grateful for your generosity and thank you very, very much!
