Hello, and welcome to 4th Grade!

My name is Mr. Thies and I am thrilled to be teaching 4th Grade this year. As a Running Creek Alumni, I was born and raised right here in Elizabeth, Colorado, and I am excited to start my teaching career in my hometown.

Outside of the classroom, I am an avid supporter of Colorado sports, especially the Broncos and the Nuggets. In my free time, I enjoy working out, playing video games, and watching movies with my fiancée and our cat. I love the close-knit community of Elizabeth and am looking forward to a fantastic school year with our amazing students!
