Location: Elizabeth School District Board Meetings will be held in the boardroom at the District Offices unless otherwise noted.
2024-2025 Board of Education Meeting Schedule
**Please be advised that the boardroom at ESD Headquarters has a max capacity of 50 individuals. Once that limit has reached capacity, we will have to turn away attendees and will encourage those to watch the livestream of the board meeting on the ESD YouTube channel and on our website. Once max capacity is reached inside, additional attendees are welcome to wait outside of the building as well.
Coffee with Board Members

To provide a better opportunity for dialogue with district staff and members of our community, the board is hosting coffee sessions at each school this year. Two board members will be present at each, and they invite community members to bring thoughts, ideas, and concerns, and have a cup of coffee with them. The 2024-25 school year dates and locations are:
- September 24, 2024, Singing Hills Elementary Library, 3:30-4:30 pm
- October 24, 2024, Running Creek Elementary Library, 3:30-4:30 pm
- November 12, 2024, Elizabeth High School Cafeteria, 3:30-4:30 pm
- February 6, 2025, Elizabeth Middle School, 3:35-4:35 pm
