    ATHLETIC SUMMER STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING - Every Monday through Thursday, beginning June 6 until July 29th (no strength and conditioning July 4-7) as follows (subject to change).  Students must sign up if planning to attend a session at:

    7:45 am - 9:00 am (Sophomore, Junior, Senior)

    9:00 am - 10:15 am (Sophomore, Junior, Senior)

    10:15 am - 11:30 am (incoming Freshman and anyone who has not taken an intro to strength and conditioning class)

    CROSS COUNTRY -  First official practice is 8/8-8/13 from 3:30 pm-4:30/5.

    Until that date, you should begin running 3-4 days a week for 30 minutes at a time to build a practice base. Try to stay moving the whole time, even if you have to walk parts of your 30mins. More advanced/experienced runners should work toward pushing their pace.
     
    You are also expected to attend all 3 weight room sessions during the week (Monday / Tuesday / Thursday). Coach Taff will begin on Monday, June 6th and end on Thursday, July 29th. You do not need to attend Wednesdays, as these are speed/agility days more geared toward football players with no lifting. You are welcome to attend any of the following sessions that pertain to you:
    • First session 7:45-9:00 (Sophomore, Junior, Senior)
    • Second Session 9:00-10:15 (Sophomore, Junior, Senior)
    • Third Session 10:15-11:30 (Incoming Freshman/anyone who hasn't taken an intro to strength and conditioning class)
    Feel free to attend as a group and then go hit your run, or vice versa.

     

    BOYS SOCCER - SAVE THE DATE FOR COMMUNITY SOCCER CAMP - TO BE HELD AUG. 8, 9 & 10TH from 5-7:30 pm. 
                                             All ages welcome, cost is TBA.

    Volleyball Tryouts and Practice:
    Tryouts - August 8th and 9th 5:30-7:30pm
    EHS Gym.
    Practices - August 10th, 11th, and 12th 5:30-7:30pm EHS Gym.  
    Season practices will be M-F 5:30-7:30pm in the EHS gym for the duration of the season.
