Academic Letter
In the Fall, we award our students who have a cumulative GPA 3.70 or higher an academic letter. Since it is awarded in the Fall semester of the following school year, it can only be earned your Sophmore year for end of Freshman year grades, your Junior year for end of Sophomore year grades, and Senior Year for end of Junior year grades. The first year that you letter academically you will receive the academic patch and, if you have not already received a letter E for sports, you get the letter as well. The second year you letter academically, you receive a lamp pin, and the third year you receive a bar pin.
These students are honored by an announcement on the EZTV broadcast and called to the office to collect their patch or pin.
