Each internship is crafted to a particular student's needs and wants. So describing each internship would be challenging. However there are some basic guideklines as you plan for an internship during their Junior and Senior years.
Two days spent in school taking your classes: (Monday, Thursday or Tuesday, Friday)
Two school days spent at your internship (Monday, Thursday or Tuesday, Friday)
Wednesday half day to get caught up and check in and half day classes.
You complete a packet covering the new skills you will learn during your internship.
You complete weekly time sheets verifying the time you spend learning.
Your transcript will describe the focus of your internship.
