Mr. Dunham

Welcome to Mr. Dunham's Classroom

I am looking forward to working with the EHS students this school year. Before teaching, I was a professional pilot, police officer, and leader of business transformations. My teaching approach engages, challenges, and inspires students to think critically about issues, topics, and current events and understand how they influence the world and our community. Research, independent thought, collaboration, and project work are essential learning methods used in my classes.

I am a Colorado native, raised in Littleton, where I attended the Littleton Public Schools. I graduated from Arapahoe High School. My family and I call Parker home.

Teaching Philosophy: To undercover materials for student discovery, develop critical thinking skills, and prepare for life after high school. Developing the whole child better prepares the students for the future and meeting the world head-on.

My family and I love to travel and enjoy the outdoors, our National Parks, and exploring new places. My wife is also a teacher of 25 years and teaches 3rd grade in Douglas County Schools. I have two grown children with their own families: a 9-year-old son, two dogs, and four grandchildren. My family is the center of my world.

Welcome to class!
