The European Age of Exploration is one of the biggest steps in human history. Understanding the systems, ideas, and technologies that were developed for this important era in our history will help prepare students to understand our ancestors and in many ways, who we are today.

Explore the history and background of criminal activity from throughout the world. Participate in evaluations of criminal enterprises, methods, and how they impact the people involved.
Global Impact
Study the major ways in which humans change the environment to meet their needs, including both the positive and negative consequences of these changes.
Regional Studies
The biggest issues of the world are in fact local. Understanding the importance of regional geography, developments, and issues will be important to future events and planning around the world.
The Industrial Age and Building America
Study US History through the framework of the Industrial Revolution and the shift from the traditional agricultural economy to the modern industrialized economy.

The history of human conflict including methods, tools, military tactics, and ramifications..
Alt Goverment
The focus is on the principles and beliefs upon which the United States was founded and on the structure, functions, and powers of government at the national, state, and local levels.
